XCMG (Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group) is a Chinese construction machinery group, founded in 1989 with headquarters in Xuzhou , Jiangsu . XCMG develops, produces and sells construction machinery such as trucks, cranes, earthmoving and road construction machines.

XCMG has had a partnership with Caterpillar since 1995 and has held licenses from Liebherr since 1995 . In 2012, XCMG took over the German construction machinery manufacturer Schwing .

In the 1990s, the company manufactured buses and small cars that were marketed as Xugong . The only car model was a four-door hatchback compact car. The year 1995 is handed down.
