Guizhou Youngman Yunque Automobile Company Limited , previously Guizhou Yunque , was an automobile manufacturer from the People's Republic of China .

Company history

Guizhou Aircraft Industry Corporation founded Guizhou Yunque in Guizhou in 1993 to manufacture automobiles. In the same year the production of automobiles under license from Subaru began . The brand name was Yunque . In 1997 there were plans for a joint venture with Fuji Heavy Industries . In 2004, Jinhua Youngman Vehicle took over the company and renamed it Guizhou Youngman Yunque Automobile Company Limited . Production ended in 2006.

The first model was the GHK 7060 . It corresponded to the Subaru Rex the construction period from 1981 to 1987. Its engine had 544 cc engine capacity .

In 1994 the GHK 7070 appeared , which corresponded to the Subaru Vivio . Its engine was slightly larger with 658 cc.

The GHK 7080 was also produced from 1994 . The connection to the similar Huaxing YM 6390 from Huaxing Automobile Group is unclear. The model was based on the Toyota Starlet .

The GHK 7100 was tested from 1994.

In 1998 the GHK 7060 A followed , which was larger than the original GHK 7060 .

A source states that after Youngman's takeover, Iran Khodro Samand was manufactured under license as GHK 7180 . Another source confirms the plans but emphasizes that there was no production.
