Shijiazhuang Auto Corp. or Shijiazhuang Auto Manufacturing Co. Ltd. was a manufacturer of motor vehicles from the People's Republic of China .

Company history

The company was founded in Shijiazhuang in 1994 as the successor to Hebei Auto Repair Works (since 1953) and Shijiazhuang Auto Works . The production of chassis , automobiles , off-road vehicles , pick-ups and minibuses began. Passenger cars have been handed down from 1995. The brand name was initially exclusively Zhengtian . In 1997 the name Xiangyang was added. Production ended in 2002. That year it was taken over by the Tiantong Group . The successor company is Shijiazhuang Tiantong Auto Manufacturing Co. Ltd.

Automobiles

The Zhengtian SQ 6400 was a small car. The engine developed 35 kW. The sedan with notchback was 4,025 mm long, 1,640 mm wide and 1,415 mm high.

The Xiangyang SQ 1010 pick-up was based on it. It was 4200 mm long, 1640 mm wide and (with the structure above the loading area) 1750 mm high.

The off-road vehicles were available with both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive .
