The Beijing company started manufacturing automobiles in 1990. The brand name was Zhonglian . Production ended in 1996. Another source estimates the construction time to be 1994 to 1997.

On offer were small commercial vehicles , pick-ups , station wagons and passenger cars . The WL 5010 XSD was a four-door small car with a large tailgate. Its engine developed 36 hp from a displacement of 769 cm³ .
