Jiangsu Jiuzhou Automobile Industry Co. Ltd. , previously Shuyang Bus Works , was a manufacturer of automobiles and buses from the People's Republic of China .
Company history
The company Shuyang Bus Works of Shuyang in the city of Suqian 's original product buses. In 1992 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Jiuzhou . Production ended in 1993. From 2000 to at least 2003, Jiangsu Jiuzhou Automobile Industry Co. Ltd. production continues. It is unclear whether this is a renaming of the former company. The place, brand name and the product code SYC were in any case identical.
Automobiles
The company manufactured minivans and pickups based on Suzuki vehicles. The models SYC 6352 and SYC 5013 XL have been handed down from 1992. They had an engine with 797 cm³ displacement and 36 hp .
The SYC 1014 was also released in 1992 . This was a four-door sedan with a notchback . It had an engine from Chongqing Jiangling Machinery Works with a displacement of 797 cc.
