Barbara Fegebank

Barbara Fegebank (born June 18, 1946 in Bremen ) is a German household and nutritionist . She teaches and researches at the Technical University of Dresden .

Life

Barbara Fegebank studied household and nutritional science at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen and received her doctorate in agricultural science (Dr. agr.) In 1974 in the field of consumption theory. From 1976 to 1993 she worked in teacher training , first at Bielefeld University , then at Paderborn University . She received her habilitation in 1993 at the Technical University of Munich and in the same year went to the Technical University of Dresden, where she has since worked as a professor of nutrition and home economics as well as professional didactics.
