Barkowice Mokre [barkɔˈvʲit͡sɛ ˈmɔkrɛ] is a village in the Polish municipality of Sulejów , Piotrkowski County, Łódź Voivodeship , in central Poland . It is located 8 km to the north of Sulejów, to the east of Piotrków Trybunalski and to the south-east of the regional capital Łódź. The place is located directly on the Sulejów reservoir. Therefore tourism has developed here. There are many forests in the area. Barkowice Mokre currently has 130 inhabitants.
