Bartosz Dąbkowski (born February 7, 1985 ) is a Polish ice hockey player who has been playing for KS Cracovia in the Polish Ekstraliga since 2013 .
Career
Bartosz Dąbkowski began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of TKH Toruń . In 2002 he moved to the Polish ice hockey academy and played for their second team in the second-class I league . After two years he returned to the Kulmerland and played with TKH Toruń in the Ekstraliga . In 2006 he won the Polish cup competition with his home club . In 2009 he moved to JKH GKS Jastrzębie , with whom he was not only runner-up in 2013, but was able to win the state cup again. Previously, 2011 had already been nominated for the Ekstraliga all-star game. Despite these successes, he left the team from Silesia after four years and joined KS Cracovia in 2013 , with whom he immediately won his third national cup. In 2016 he won the double with the club and with it his first Polish championship title . Also in 2017 he was Polish champion with Cracovia.
International
For Poland Dąbkowski took part in the junior division of the U18 World Championships in Division II 2002 and Division I 2003 and the U20 World Championships in Division II 2004 and Division I 2005 .
In the senior sector, he was in the Polish squad for the first time in the Olympic qualification for the Winter Games in Vancouver 2010 . He was then only taken into account again at the 2014 World Cup and rose there with the Poles from the B group of Division I to the A group. In the years that followed, he continued to play for the Polish national team, but was no longer nominated for world championships.
