The Polish Ice Hockey Cup of the 2012/13 season (Polish: Puchar Polski Hokeja na Lodzie ) was the host of the Polish Ice Hockey Cup . The event was organized by the Polish Ice Hockey Federation. The JKH GKS Jastrzębie-Zdrój was in the final for the first time and was able to win the title against the cup winners of the past two years, who also played on home ice.

Participant and mode

Six of the seven participating teams in the current league took part in the 2012 trophy. The KS Nesta Toruń Karawela HSA decided not to participate. Ciarko PBS Bank Sanok was thus qualified for the semi-finals in advance. The teams played three of the semi-finals in a knockout round .

Final tournament

The semi-finals and the final were played over two days in a final round in the arena in Sanok. A game for third place did not take place. All tournament games were broadcast on TVP Sport . The draw took place on December 7th also at TVP Sport.
