Sayed Bashir Ahmad Saadat (born December 27, 1981 in Kabul ) is an Afghan football official , referee , coach and former football player .

Player career

Saadat played for FC Maiwand Kabul in the Afghanistan Premier League throughout his club career .

The defender had been an Afghan national player since 2003 . He took part in the South Asian Championship in 2003 and was used in all three games. He also played in the following South Asian Cup in the regular formation of Afghanistan. For the 2006 AFC Challenge Cup , Saadat was appointed team captain by coach Klaus Stark . He led the team as captain 16 times between 2006 and 2008, making him Afghanistan's record captain after Zohib Islam Amiri (17). He is also the only one who has been the regular captain in three tournaments.

Coaching career

In the 2015 season, Saadat Boir Igamberdiev assisted his hometown club Shaheen Asmayee . At the end of the season they became runner-up. For the 2016 season he was replaced by Mujtaba Faiz .
