The 2015 Roshan Afghan Premier League was the 4th season of the men's top Afghan football division. De Spinghar Bazan became champion for the first time , the reigning defending champion was the two-time champion Shaheen Asmayee . The season began on August 28th with a 3-1 win for Simorgh Alborz against Shaheen Asmayee and ended with the final on October 2nd between De Spinghar Bazan and Shaheen Asmayee (4-3 on pens).
The mode has not changed since 2013; After a group phase with 2 groups of four teams each, the first and second groups meet in the semi-finals, where the finalists are determined after the first and second leg. The winner of the final is the 2015 APL Champion.
The teams were played in regional tournaments, where a group of experts then selected the best players. In addition, the RAPL Nawroz Tournament was held for the first time , a tournament for the Afghan New Year from March 16 to 23, at the end of which Simorgh Alborz won 4: 3 n.E. against Shaheen Asmayee.
Group stage
There are two groups with four participants each. Within each group, each team plays against each other team. The first two teams qualified for the semifinals. The placement of the teams in the preliminary round groups results in the following order:
Number of points (win: 3 points; draw: 1 point; defeat: 0 points),
