The Part-Time Workers' Age Ordinance is a federal ordinance issued by the Federal Ministry of the Interior. It regulates the details of the approval of partial retirement for federal civil servants and thus supplements Section 93 of the Federal Civil Servants Act .

The ordinance empowers the highest federal service authorities to determine the so-called restructuring and job cuts areas. These are the areas in which the granting of partial retirement is intended to cut staff in a socially acceptable manner. Before the ordinance came into force, the Federal Ministry of the Interior had determined the following institutions for job cuts:
