Beate Finckh

Beate Finckh (civil: Jutta-Beate Finckh ; born April 22, 1960 in Berlin ) is a German actress .

Life

The daughter of a teacher couple grew up in Berlin, Hamburg and Friedrichstadt and made her debut at the age of fifteen in the television adaptation of Theodor Storm's novella Hans and Heinz Kirch , which was shot in Friedrichstadt. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg. In 1979 she made her theater debut as Jim in Robinson shall not die by Friedrich Forster at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus . After completing her training, she received her first engagement at the Stadttheater Kiel in 1981/82 . In 1982 she played the maid Tonka at the Thalia Theater in hunting scenes from Lower Bavaria by Martin Sperr , in 1983 at the Bavarian State Theater Koja in Ibsen's master builder Solness .

She had her first major film assignment in Vadim Glowna's Desperado City as the girl Liane, who desperately wants to escape the monotonous working-class environment around her. She was also seen in other films as a rebellious youth. Beate Finckh became known to a larger audience primarily through her roles in the crime series Tatort and other television series.
