Beatrix von Baden (born January 22, 1492 , † April 4, 1535 ) was a margravial princess of Baden and by marriage Countess Palatine von Simmern .

She was a daughter of Margrave Christoph I of Baden and Ottilie von Katzenelnbogen .

In 1508 she married Count Palatine Johann II von Simmern (* March 21, 1492; † May 18, 1557). She had twelve children with him:

• Katharina (1510–1572), abbess in the Kumbd monastery
• Johanna (1512–1581), abbess at Marienberg Abbey in Boppard
• Ottilia (1513–1553), nun in Marienberg in Boppard
• Friedrich III. The Pious (1515–1576), Elector Palatinate
