The Belel Forest Park is a forest area in the West African state of Gambia .

topography

The area designated in 1954 with 405 hectares is the administrative unit Central River Region in the district of Lower Saloum . The approximately 2.4 by 1.6 kilometer site is located south of North Bank Road , Gambia's second most important highway . The distance from Farafenni is 31 kilometers. The place Kau-ur is 5.6 kilometers away.

In the vicinity of the area, at the coordinate: 13 ° 41 ′  N , 15 ° 22 ′  W, there is a prominent hill called Balangar Hill , it is 47 meters high.
