The Belenzsee is a lake in the Oder-Spree district , Brandenburg , south of Müllrose and northeast of Mixdorf between the towns. It is located in the Schlaubetal Nature Park .
The inflow comes from a source northeast of the Wustrower Mountains . It rises from the wet meadows there. The drainage takes place via a ditch to the Schlaube, which is located on the northwest bank.
Others
The wide reed belts and the abundant cattail stocks ensure the preservation of numerous water birds that breed here. Broad-leaved orchid , stiff-leaved orchid and large two-leaf orchid are found around the lake .
A protected brown moss bog (Drepanocladus exannulatus) lies between the lake and the Schlaube .
A hiking trail leads from the east bank of the Großer Müllroser See past the Belenzsee to the Ragower watermill . The lake is located near the Mahlheide nature reserve (district Schernsdorf ).
fishing
Fishing is permitted under special consideration of the protection provisions of the Schlaubetal Nature Park. Anglers can therefore turn to the fisherman who uses the lake.
