Belingen is a locality of Wengerohr , a district of Wittlich in the district of Bernkastel-Wittlich in Rhineland-Palatinate .

history

Belingen and Berlingen were always part of Bombogen . Until the end of the 18th century, these three places belonged to the Electoral Trier Office of Wittlich .
