Ben Neil Reeves (born November 19, 1991 in Verwood , Dorset ) is a Northern Irish football player . The attacking midfielder is currently under contract with Charlton Athletic .

Career

In the club

Reeves played from July 1, 2010 for the professionals of Southampton FC . Before that he played for various youth selections of the club. From February 2012 to June 30, 2012 was on loan to Dagenham & Redbridge . There, however, he only played five games. Then he returned to Southampton FC. From January to April 2013 he was on loan at Southend United . In the summer of 2013, he switched to Milton Keynes Dons .

In the national team

Reeves made his debut for the Northern Irish national team on October 14, 2014 in a 2-0 win over Greece in qualifying for the 2016 European Football Championship .
