Benjamin Miskowitsch

Benjamin Miskowitsch (* 24. September 1984 in Munich ) is a German politician of the CSU . He has been a member of the Bavarian State Parliament since 2018 .

Life

Miskowitsch grew up in Mammendorf , where he still lives today. After graduating from school, he completed an apprenticeship as an office clerk in a medium-sized company. He then ran a retail company he had founded independently for five years. From 2009 he worked at the publishing house of the Kreisbote , most recently as head of the office in Fürstenfeldbruck and as sales manager of Germeringer Anzeiger .

politics

Miskowitsch joined the CSU in 2005 and has been a member of the board of the CSU district association Fürstenfeldbruck since 2011.

Since 2008 he has been a member of the municipal council in Mammendorf, where he is a fire department advisor and member of the folk festival and culture committee. In the district of Fuerstenfeldbruck he sits since 2014 council and since 2017 managing director of the CSU district council faction. In the district council he is on the youth welfare committee and on the association council in the association for emergency services and fire brigade alarms.

In the state elections on October 14, 2018 , Miskowitsch was elected to the Bavarian state parliament as a direct candidate in the Fürstenfeldbruck-Ost constituency with 32.1 percent of the first votes . There he is a member of the Committee for Economics, Regional Development, Energy, Media and Digitization and the Committee for Submissions and Complaints.

Voluntary work

Miskowitsch is an active member of the Mammendorf volunteer fire brigade, the water rescue service and the rapid deployment group as well as the support group of the medical operations management of the Bavarian Red Cross . He is also involved in various clubs and associations.
