Bergstetten is a district of the Laaber market in the Upper Palatinate district of Regensburg (Bavaria).
The village is located 2 km northeast of Laaber, directly southwest of the A3 motorway . District road R 3 runs parallel to this .

The municipality of Bergstetten, which was independent until the municipal reform, consisting of the main town and the district Hinterzhof , was incorporated into the municipality of Laaber on January 1, 1971.
