The Berlin soccer championship of the VBB 1909/10 was the thirteenth Berlin soccer championship held under the Association of Berliner Ballspielvereine . This year's championship was played again in a group of nine participants. The BFC Preussen prevailed with six points ahead of the previous year's champion BTuFC Viktoria 89 and was Berlin soccer champion of the VBB for the fourth time . Due to the success, Preussen was qualified for the German soccer championship 1909/10 , but was eliminated there in the quarterfinals by a 1: 4 defeat against Holstein Kiel .

The BFC Rapide immediately relegated to 2nd class as a newcomer, and the BFC Concordia 1895 also had to start second class as the penultimate. In return, the BTuFC Alemannia 90 , who moved from the Märkischer Fußball-Bund to the VBB for the 1908/09 season , and Tennis Borussia Berlin were promoted.
