The Berlin soccer championship of the VBB 1907/08 was the eleventh Berlin soccer championship held under the Association of Berliner Ballspielvereine . This year's championship was played again in a group of eight participants. The BTuFC Viktoria 89 prevailed with four points ahead of the BTuFC Union 1892 and was Berlin soccer champion of the VBB for the third time . Since the DFB only allowed one team from Berlin to take part in the German soccer championship this year, a playoff between the winner of the VBB and the winner of the Märkischer Fußball-Bund was necessary. Viktoria Berlin won this playoff against SV Norden-Nordwest 4: 3 and was thus allowed to take part in the German soccer championship 1907/08 . In this, the Berlin team reached the final of the German soccer championship after a 7-0 away win in the quarter-finals against VfB Königsberg and a 4-0 win in the semifinals over Wacker Leipzig . With a 3-1 win over FC Stuttgarter Cickers , Victoria Berlin became German football champions for the first time. It was the second German football champion from the VBB after Union in 1905.
The BFC Stern 89 Berlin got relegated back to 2nd class with only one point. Since the next season was played with nine teams, two clubs rose from the 2nd class with the BFC Concordia 1895 and the SC Minerva 93 .
With the connection of the Association of Pomeranian Ball Game Clubs to the VBB, the Stettin local group existed within the VBB from this season . The winner competed against participants of the 2nd class of Berlin to determine a climber for the coming season.
