Bernadette Schoog (* 1958 in Kevelaer ) is a German presenter .

Life

From 1977 to 1983 Bernadette Schoog studied communication studies / adult education (Dipl.-Päd.) As well as literature / mediaeval studies at the universities of Aachen and Freiburg . From 1983 to 1986 she worked as a dramaturge and public relations consultant at the theaters in Bochum , Munich and at the Stadttheater Basel . From 1988 to 1995 Schoog worked as an editor / reporter for culture and state politics at SWF Freiburg and was also the presenter of the early radio magazine SWF 1 .

From 1995 Bernadette Schoog was seen as a television presenter of live broadcasts on ARD and SWR . This included the broadcast formats ARD Sunday magazine culture, SWR news magazine and BW regional news show. From January 2001 to July 2010 she was the presenter of the TV show ARD Buffet . For many years, Schoog was a member of the advice team of the SWR advice program I have a big name . Since 2008 Schoog has had its own series of talks in front of an audience. Schoog in dialogue with guests from culture, business, politics and entertainment in Tübingen . Since leaving the ARD Buffet, Schoog has been self-employed and, among other things, passes on her knowledge as a lecturer at the Institute for General Rhetoric at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and at the Heilbronn University. She coaches executives in their self-presentation, writes texts for art exhibitions and works as a writer. Her art biography about the entrepreneur and art collector Reinhold Würth was most recently published in 2015 by Swiridoff-Verlag . People don't live on bread alone .

Schoog is married and has two children (born in 1986 and 1989).
