Berndorf is a village in the municipality of Hausmannstätten in Styria.

Berndorf is located north of Hausmannstätten on the feeder road to the A2, which the place also suffers from. At the turn of the 3rd millennium, an extensive settlement with numerous single-family houses was built north of the old town center. The namesake is Bernhard von Stübing , who appeared to be the owner of the Grazer Feld in the 12th century and promoted its settlement.
