Bernhard F. Rohe

Bernhard F. Rohe (born September 16, 1939 in Hanover ; † August 16, 1995 in Aachen ) was a German media manager . From 1987 to 1989 he was director of the RIAS Berlin.

Life

After graduating from high school in 1960, Rohe studied law and art at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and the University of Cologne .

He then worked as an art critic in the cultural-political area of ​​the West German Broadcasting Corporation in Cologne . In 1977 he became a speaker and later head of duty at WDR television . In 1980 he was appointed deputy director. In 1981 he went to North German Broadcasting as a radio director . From 1987 to 1989 he was then director of the RIAS. He then switched to the private sector, where he became director with general power of attorney for public relations at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt am Main.

He was a member of the International Art Critics Association (AICA). In addition, he was a lecturer for journalism at the Academy for Journalism Hamburg and the University of Music, Theater and Media Hanover .

Rohe was married.
