Bianca Koch (* 1981 in Nordenham ) is a German opera singer ( soprano ).

Life

From 1994 to 2002 she sang the solo parts at the Hammelwarder and Elsflether church concerts under the direction of Rainer Nothbaum. In 1998, she was with the performance of the children's opera " Brundibar " for the 40th anniversary of the " Action Reconciliation Service for Peace to hear" in Berlin in 1999 shortly before her high school graduation cooking made her debut as Dido in Purcell's " Dido and Aeneas " at the Liebfrauenschule Oldenburg , a high school with a musical focus.

From 2001 onwards she studied singing at the University of the Arts in Bremen and in 2003/04 was a guest singer at the Bremen Theater in the world premiere of Kresnik's “Vogeler”. As a scholarship holder of Juan de Beistegui, she studied at the École normal de Musique de Paris in 2010 and performed in concerts a. a. at the Automobile Club de France on Place de la Concorde and in the Salle Cortot in Paris. In 2013 she made her debut as Marta in D'Albert's “ Tiefland ” at the Nordhausen Theater . At the International Gluck Opera Festival at the State Theater in Nuremberg , Bianca Koch sang Artemis in " Iphigenie in Aulis " in 2014 . She has been a freelance opera singer in Berlin since 2015.
