The men's Big 12 Tennis Championships were held for the seventh time in 2003 . The game was played from April 25th to 27th of that year. The winner was the Baylor University , who won the title for the second time of 2002.

It was hosted by the University of Missouri for the first time since the Big 12 Conference was founded . The venue was the Plaza Tennis Center in Kansas City , Missouri .
