The men's Big 12 Tennis Championships were held for the 14th time in 2010. The game was played from April 30th to May 2nd. The winner was the University of Texas for the fourth time in the history of the competition . This was also the host of the event. The venue was the Penick-Allison Tennis Center in Austin , Texas .

Tournament course
The top seeded University of Texas received a bye in the first round.
The three quarter-finals were played on April 30th. The teams ranked higher in the seeding list prevailed. The two semifinals followed the next day. In the final, which took place on May 2nd, Texas and Texas A&M, the two best teams of the regular season, moved into. Texas prevailed 4-3 in a close game and celebrated their first championship since 2006.
Jean Andersen from the University of Texas was named best player of the tournament after the final.
