Billum is a Danish town in the municipality of Varde , Region Syddanmark . The place is surrounded in the west by the sub-center Oksbøl , in the north by the places Vrøgum and Jegum, in the east by Janderup and in the south by the Ho Bugt . The place is accessible through a stop on the railway line Varde – Nørre Nebel .

Billum is the capital of the parish Billum Sogn .
