Billum Kirke

Billum Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Vester Horne Herred in the then Ribe office , then to the Varde municipality in the expanded Ribe office , which was merged into the "new" Varde municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

833 inhabitants live in the parish, 578 of them in the parish of Billum (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Billum Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Aal Sogn in the west and Janderup Sogn in the east, and Hostrup Sogn in the southeast neighboring Esbjerg municipality .
