Øse Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Skast Herred in the then Ribe Office , then to the Helle Kommune in the expanded Ribe Office , which was merged into the "new" Varde municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

1384 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Øse Kirke".

Neighboring communities are in the north Hodde Sogn , in the northeast Ansager Sogn , in the east Vester Starup Sogn , in the southwest Fåborg Sogn , in the south Årre Sogn , in the southeast Næsbjerg Sogn and in the west Thorstrup Sogn .
