Oksby Kirke

Oksby Sogn is a former parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Skallingen peninsula on the North Sea coast in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Vester Horne Herred in the then Ribe office , then to the Blåvandshuk municipality in the extended Ribe office , which was merged into the "new" Varde municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 . On October 1, 2010, the former church district Mosevrå Kirkedistrikt in Oksby Sogn became an independent Sogn Mosevrå Sogn with the abolition of the Danish church districts .

On November 27, 2016, Oksby Sogn, the southern neighboring municipality of Ho Sogn and Mosevrå Sogn were merged into Blåvandshuk Sogn . Most recently (September 30, 2016) 344 inhabitants lived in the parish. The church "Oksby Kirke" is located in the parish.

Another neighboring community was Aal Sogn in the north .
