Ølgod Kirke

Ølgod Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Øster Horne Herred in the then Ribe office , then to the Ølgod municipality in the expanded Ribe office , which was merged into the "new" Varde municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

5173 inhabitants live in the parish, 3827 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The churches "Ølgod Kirke" and "Bejsnap Kirke" are in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the south Skovlund Sogn and Tistrup Sogn , in the southwest Horne Sogn and in the west Strellev Sogn , further in the neighboring Ringkøbing-Skjern municipality in the west Egvad Sogn , in the north Ådum Sogn and in the northeast Hoven Sogn , as well as in the neighboring Billund municipality to the east Grindsted Sogn .
