The house Billungstraße 10 is a listed villa in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register.

Architecture and history

In 1926 the manufacturer Hermann Ullrich had the villa built. Planning and execution were carried out by Goldschmidt & Ziermann. The representative building was built in the style of neoclassicism . However, there are also Baroque forms. The entrance to the house is beautifully designed. There is also a date-inscribed cartouche there. The gables of the villa are designed in different shapes. Risalit and bay windows serve to structure the facade .

The property enclosure consists of wrought iron fence panels supported by pillars. Fruit tubs were placed on top of the pillars. In the garden of the property, which is characterized by old trees, there is a coach house built around 1930 .
