Architecture and history
The large villa was built in 1908 by the architect C. Lorenz . The design of the house, which was characterized by Art Nouveau , was based on the castle architecture of the region from the Renaissance period . So there are tail gable , input loggia and a tower with bay windows . The facade is divided by plastered surfaces, which are separated by natural stones.
