Birgit Linner

Birgit Linner (* before 1990 in Traunstein ) is a German theater actress , improvisational theater player , clown and teacher of improvisational and clown techniques.

Life

After training to be a dental assistant and a painter and varnisher, she discovered her funny talent. She completed a clown training at the private school for dance, clown and theater (TuT) in Hanover (founded by Dieter Bartels , Corinna von Kietzell and Dirk David) and took acting lessons.

After working at the Munich Fast Food Theater from 1998 to 2002, she founded her own improvisational theater group "isar148" in Munich in 2002 together with Roland Trescher . The two also perform as an improv comedy duo under the name "linner & trescher". Regular shows by the isar148 group take place in the Schwabinger theater ... and so on , in Augsburg and Murnau .

Linner appears regularly at the Augsburg Sensemble Theater , both as a stage actress and with improvisational theater. Since the beginning of 2008 she has had her own show there with changing guests: the "Birgit Linner Show".

Linner has been teaching improvisation and clown techniques since the early 2000s.
