Birol Parlak (born March 1, 1990 in Pazar ) is a Turkish football player .
Career
society
Parlak started playing club football in 2002 when Mersin İdman Yurdu was young . In the spring of 2007 he received a professional contract and played for two years in the professional team in addition to his work for the youth teams. It was not until the 2008/09 season that he was fully included in the professional squad. This season he was runner-up with his team in the TFF 2nd Lig and rose to the TFF 1st Lig . After one and a half more seasons, he was put on the sales list by then head coach Nurullah Sağlam in the spring of 2011 and moved to the third division Tepecikspor for the second half of the 2010/11 season . At this club, he did not make it into the starting line-up in a year, so he was handed over to Tarsus İdman Yurdu in spring 2012 . Here he only played until the summer of 2012 and then hired at Çamlıdere Şekerspor .
For the 2013/14 season Parlak moved to the TFF 1st Lig for newly promoted Fethiyespor . Contrary to his previous career, he was used at this club in the defensive midfield. After he knew how to convince in this position, he was nominated as a second division player in the Turkish national team . His club missed relegation on the last day of the match and was relegated to the TFF 2nd Lig.
In the 2014 summer transfer period, Parlak moved to the first division side Eskişehirspor . In the spring of 2016 he moved to league rivals Kayserispor . At the end of the season he moved within the league to promoted Alanyaspor .
After spending the 2018/19 season with the second division club Ümraniyespor , he switched to the TFF 2.Lig for promoted Kırşehirspor in the summer of 2019 .
National team
Although Parlak had never worked for any of the Turkish national teams before, he was surprisingly called up as a second division player by national coach Fatih Terim as part of the friendly against the Swedish national team on March 5, 2014 in the squad of the Turkish national team . In this encounter, however, he was not used.
In October 2014 he made his debut for the second selection of the Turkish national team, for the Turkish A2 national team.
