Bishops' Conference of Angola and São Tomé
The Bishops 'Conference of Angola and São Tomé ( Conferência Episcopal de Angola e São Tomé , CEAST) is the Catholic bishops' conference of Angola and São Tomé and Príncipe . It is based in Luanda . The chairman since November 21, 2009 is Gabriel Mbilingi , Archbishop of Lubango . The vice-president of CEAST is the Bishop of Cabinda , Filomeno do Nascimento Vieira Dias . In pastoral letters, CEAST repeatedly calls for more social justice.
