The Bishop Peak is a pointed and 3460  m high mountain peak in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It looms in the center of Rampart Ridge in the Royal Society Range .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1963 after the Bernice P. Bishop Museum in Honolulu , from which numerous scientists came to study Antarctica .
