The Diocese of Lectoure ( lat. : Dioecesis Lectorensis ) was one in France situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Lectoure .

The Lectoure diocese was established in the 4th century. It was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Eauze as a suffragan . The first bishop was Heuterus . In the middle of the 9th century, the Lectoure diocese was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Auch as a suffragan seat.

On November 29, 1801, the Diocese of Lectoure was dissolved as a result of the Concordat of 1801 by Pope Pius VII with the Papal Bull Qui Christi Domini and the territory was divided between the Archdiocese of Toulouse and the Diocese of Agen .

In 1745 the Lectoure diocese comprised 72 parishes .
