The Diocese of Riez ( lat. : Dioecesis Regensis ) was one in France situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Riez .

The diocese of Riez was established in the 5th century. The first bishop was Maximus , followed by Faustus .

On November 29, 1801, the Diocese of Riez was dissolved as a result of the Concordat of 1801 by Pope Pius VII with the Papal Bull Qui Christi Domini and the territory was annexed to the Archdiocese of Aix and the Diocese of Digne .

The diocese of Riez was subordinate to the Archdiocese of Aix as a suffragan . In 1751 the diocese of Riez comprised 54 parishes .
