The Diocese of Sivagangai ( lat. : Dioecesis Sivagangaiensis ) is in India situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Sivaganga (Sivagangai).

history

The diocese of Sivagangai was established on July 3, 1987 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Quae maiori from cession of territory to the Archdiocese of Madurai and subordinated to this as a suffragan diocese.
