Blackeberg is an above-ground station on the Stockholm Metro . It is located in the Blackeberg district of the same name . The station is served by the Gröna linjen of the Stockholm subway system . It is one of the less frequented stations on the underground network. 4,000 commuters get on here on a normal working day.

The station went into operation on October 26, 1952 when the Hötorget - Vällingby metro section was inaugurated. The platforms are above ground in an elevated position, partly also in the Blackeberg tunnel, which is approx. 600 m long and leads in the direction of the Islandstorget station. The station is located between the Islandstorget and Råcksta stations . It is about 9.5 kilometers to Stockholm Central Station .
