Emergence

Annette Humpe recorded the song together with the Neonbabies in Berlin's Beat Studio for the debut EP released in early 1980 . The band Ideal was founded in April 1980. Between April and summer 1980 Humpe was a member of both bands. Klaus Schulze brought Ideal into his studio after a performance at the Berlin Rock Circus in Tempodrom, which was recorded by ARD and broadcast nationwide on television, and produced the band's self-titled debut album for his own record label Innovative Communication , which was released in November 1980. The single, which was released in 1982, was able to place itself at number 48 in the German charts.

The singer Blümchen had a success in 1998. Her version reached top 20 positions in Germany and Austria.
