Blessing Eleke , real name Blessing Chibukie Eleke (born March 5, 1996 in Aba ), is a Nigerian soccer player who has been under contract with K Beerschot VA since August 2020 .

Career

Eleke started his career in Nigeria at the Flying Sports Academy . In 2014 he moved to Slovenia to join ND Gorica . He played there for a year and a half before moving to NK Olimpija Ljubljana within the league in January 2016 . After another year and a half, he moved to Israel for FC Ashdod .

In the summer of 2018, FC Luzern became aware of him from Switzerland and signed the striker for a transfer fee of around one million Swiss francs with a four-year contract until June 2022. The transfer hit immediately and Eleke scored in his first season at FC Luzern in 39 competitive games 17 goals.

In August 2020 Eleke moved to Belgium in Division 1A at K Beerschot VA .
