The Blum Creek is a small glacial tributary of the Baker River in Whatcom County in the State of Washington . It is fed by the Hagan Glacier and another unnamed glacier on the northern flank of Mount Blum and flows about 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from there to its confluence with the Baker River. The Hagan Glacier lies below Mount Blum. Blum Creek rises in Blum Lakes , six lakes south of Bacon Peak . The creek reaches the Baker River two mouths below the Sulphide Creek , another glacial tributary of the Baker River. Blum Creek forms the Blum Basin Falls by tumbling 1,680 ft (about 510 m) over a glacial cliff. The catchment area of the creek forms a wintering area for mountain goats ( Oreamnos americanus ).
