Robert "Bob" Kelly (born November 16, 1893 in Ashton-in-Makerfield , Lancashire , † September 22, 1969 in Fylde , England ) was an English professional footballer and national player.

Club data

During his career as a club footballer, he played in five different professional clubs. He enjoyed a particularly great reputation among fans of the Huddersfield Town club, where he moved in 1927.

He broke the UK transfer record in 1925 when he moved from Burnley to Sunderland for £ 6,550.
