Bobby King (singer)

Bobby King (born July 28, 1944 in Lake Charles , Louisiana ) is an American gospel , R&B and soul singer

Since the 1970s, King formed a vocal duo with Terry Evans . They accompanied Bob Dylan , John Fogerty and Boz Scaggs in the studio.

From 1973, King has sung on several Ry Cooder albums . He accompanied Bruce Springsteen on his "Human Touch Tour" 1992–93.

King also released two solo albums, Bobby King (1981) and Love in the Fire (1984), as well as two albums with Terry Evans, Live and Let Live! (1988) and Rhythm, Blues, Soul & Grooves (1990).
