Bodingbach is a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Lunz am See in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .
The cadastral community is located west of the Bodingbach and used to be part of Gresten. In Franziszeischer cadastral this Katastralgemeinde is therefore not shown.
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 63 building areas with 12,823 m² and 18 gardens on 21,997 m² in the cadastral community of Bodingbach , in 1989/1990 there were 63 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 175 and in 2009/2010 there were 103 buildings on 169 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 217 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 1045 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000, 207 hectares of agriculture were carried out and 1,049 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 203 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 1047 hectares. The average soil climate of Bodingbach is 15.7 (as of 2010).
