Bogdan Alexandru Unguruşan (born February 20, 1983 in Zalau ) is a Romanian football player . He has been under contract with FC Botoșani since the beginning of 2017 .

Career

After his time in the youth of Universitatea Cluj , Unguruşan moved to MTK Budapest FC in Hungary in the summer of 2002 . There he could not assert himself and was not used. In the summer of 2004 he returned to Romania and was hired by Armatura Zalau in Divizia B at. There he was part of the team and moved back to Cluj in August 2005. After he and his team had just missed promotion in the 2005/06 season , he made up for it a year later . In the 2007/08 season he was only used irregularly and had to be relegated again. Unguruşan stayed in Cluj and was only just able to avoid relegation with his team in the 2008/09 season . After being promoted in 2010 , he was also part of the team in League 1 .

In the winter break of 2011/12 Unguruşan left his home club and joined league rival Pandurii Târgu Jiu . There he finally made his breakthrough. With the runner-up in 2013 he was able to record his greatest success. At the beginning of 2017 he moved to FC Botoșani .
